Hello, we're talking tonight about what I call troublemakers, gasoline, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, lawn treatments, plastics.
I'm really going to talk about plastics a lot too because what do you mean by plastics?
Everything we touch, plastic bottles, plastic bags, everything we touch, what happens to it?
Where does plastic really go?
Why are we worried about plastic?
But where is it really going inside of us?
is it going inside our organs are we just it just naturally leaves us where does it go so i want to
talk about that because that's actually really important because it's one thing to say something
like hey yeah plastics are bad you know plastics aren't good it's another like where what do you
mean like why science and research doesn't know what plastic does inside the body like you know
what i mean like so what are we really talking about so it's another thing too i'm gonna be
reading out of clients to heal right here just so you know and i want to talk about the gasoline
thing too because we pump our own gas at the station and and it's just so no one just thinks
anything about it it's just like well there's nothing to think about at all um but there is
something to think about something to seriously consider hey guys glad everybody's here um hello
hello so the whole bit if you're new here uh most people in the medical medium community
They started their journey seeing a lot of doctors, consuming plastic.
Exactly.
Plastic is scary.
That's what Barbara says.
By the way, the book is $16.99.
It's 51% off on Amazon.com, which is unbelievable.
It's dirt cheap right now.
It's insane.
It's so great.
I love this.
Get it free at the library if you want.
Go there and just get it at the library.
Hey, glad everybody's on.
We've got stuff to talk about.
I'm going to read out of Cleanse to Heal.
So if you're new here, most people in the medical medium community have started their journey seeing so many doctors and that's how it goes.
You see different varieties of doctors and specialists.
And most people in the medical medium community, they've seen up to 50 doctors during the course of their sickness and they've been there and they've done that.
And that's just what it is.
It's like they've been there and they've done that.
And so the bottom line, and they still have problems.
They'll still have symptoms.
They'll still have sicknesses.
they'll still have, you know, issues and stuff. And over the years I've worked, the last 35 years,
I've worked with a lot of doctors, helping them troubleshoot their most difficult cases.
And so anything you learn anyway in the medical media and books here or in these lives, feel free
to take to your doctors. Bring the books to your doctors. I want to tell you guys, just so you
know, there's an imposter out there that's on social media and they say, hey, I'm Anthony
William. That's what they do. They use my profile pic. So they make it look like I'm, you know,
I'm there. And it's both on Facebook. It's both on Instagram. And they'll, you know, and so they'll
use, they'll use different names like Anthony William. They use medical medium, but they'll
have my profile pic. And they'll be like, Hey, do you want to sign up for a course? You know,
pay $500. Or do you want a consultation? Pay this. And that's what they'll do. So look out for that.
and they'll act like me.
They'll say it's me.
They'll say something like,
you know, are you drinking your celery juice?
Hey, do you need help?
I can help you.
Sign up to my class.
Sign up to my course.
So, and as you know that,
as you know here,
everything's for free.
So there is no classes and courses
and things like that.
There's none of that going on.
And so what these imposters are doing
is like wire fraud.
That's what it is.
So just look out for them,
like remind other people too,
all of that.
It's always good to know
because it's really sad when someone gets ripped off like that and they think it's me. It's actually
horrendous on every level, every level. Um, so, and just know, so anyway, I'm on page 24. I'm
in cleanse to heal. I'm going to do a little bit of reading and you guys know it's a free community,
right? Like, like there's no website charges, subscription charges. There's no, you know,
courses, classes, there's no membership, you know, club charges, all those different things. You know
that. That doesn't fly here. We don't do that. And it's really important to know. So I'm reading
page 24 in Cleanse the Heal right now. Hidden exposures is what I'm doing. So it's hidden
exposures. That's what I'm talking about. It's important to know, and I'm going to read some
comments too along the way too. It's important to know what we're exposed to because that's the
snag. And that's a snag that we're up against that we don't realize. You know, that's the big
thing right there. So when you hear about like cleansing and you hear about anything like that,
well, what are you cleansing? Like what's really going on? Like what's happening inside of us?
Does our body naturally cleanse? Will it naturally cleanse on its own just because we're doing
exercise and a fairly good diet or what we think is a good diet? Does it naturally cleanse?
and no it doesn't unless you actually take active part on trying to remove things that build up in
us over time and catches us in the end it gets us in trouble um so and so anyway i'm here in
hidden exposures it's one thing to talk about toxic troublemakers and toxic troublemakers is
something i call them like i call all these different pesticides herbicides plastics gasoline
and these are just some of these things.
I also talk about air fresheners
and scented candles and all that.
It's one, you know,
I call them troublemakers
because that's what they really are to us and everything.
And, you know, and I know that some people are like,
well, I'm not interested in knowing
about all these toxins and poisons
that we're exposed to.
And I'm like, ah, well, you know,
it's really important when you really think about it.
It's probably one of the most critical things to know.
It's one thing to talk about these toxic troublemakers.
It's another to understand how they work inside our bodies.
That's what I was saying.
It's like plastics.
You guys worried about plastic?
And you might be like, I'm not exposed to plastic.
I keep my life kind of plastic free.
That's what I do.
I'm not really, what is AW saying?
Okay, well, toilet paper rolls, you can buy them, you know, and they're wrapped in plastic.
You know, unless you buy them the one that are just singly done and they're wrapped in like paper.
But there's still a waxy kind of film on there that has a plastic base in there.
the point is is like no matter what you're just you're exposed you know you're exposed to plastics
so someone told me the other day I don't I don't do anything with plastics I don't really I barely
touch any plastics and I'm like well what about your toilet paper and it's well yeah I get it in
a big batch a big bundle and it comes eight rolls and I said in a plastic bag and it was like yeah
in a plastic bag exactly and I go where is that well I have it sitting in my bathroom and you know
I have to dig in it and get the next roll of toilet paper when I'm ready.
And I'm like, okay, and you're just rubbing your arms, your hands along that plastic?
Exactly.
I mean, that's just one out of a million plastic things.
But let's talk about that a little bit.
Our human instinct is to believe only what we can see and ignore what we can't see.
That's our human instinct.
Human instinct is only believe what we can see and ignore what we can't see,
resorting to denial as we look toward the noise and stay focused on other distractions. Toxic
troublemakers and pathogens can mean nothing to someone if they don't see them right in front of
their eyes, because that's what it is. I'm reading out of Cleanse to Heal, 51% off,
amazon.com right now. You can get it at Book Depository overseas or in other places. Get it
free at the library if you want. Get it free at the library. So that's the whole thing. Rarely do
we witness direct exposure on something like pesticides, right? You don't know you're getting
sprayed with pesticides, but you are. You are. Because in every street, everywhere, there's
always a pesticide truck pulled up, spraying the lawn, like all the lawn treatments with pesticides
and herbicides in there and the fungicides, spraying lawns and stuff like that. And it drifts.
It's just always everywhere. It's on the side of all the roads. You know, if you're somebody that
coast of beaches or anything like that. Hey, just they hammer the beaches, the parks around beaches,
the parks in general, they hammer the parks, the grass, the lawns, you know, anything. It's just,
it's there and it's everywhere and you get all this pesticide exposure. So, you know, it's
important to know because it builds up inside of us. Far more common example is when small
accumulations of pesticides that no one sees build up in us, you know, like for, you don't
see the pesticides on, you know, conventional produce, right? But you've had conventional
produce in your life. And, but with conventional produce, it's one of these things where
I'm worried about pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and so many other different avenues.
And so if you can't eat organic, still eat conventional, of course, but it, because yeah,
because if that's what you have to do, because conventional fruits and vegetables still outweigh
what the sprays are.
But I mean, and if it's the only thing you can do,
I always say go organic, of course, if you can.
Not everybody can.
It's not that easy.
It's not that accessible.
And so, but the bottom line is
that type of pesticide exposure is a fraction,
like a fraction of the pesticide exposure
that we're getting like sprayed with
and we're breathing in the air.
And it's incredible to that degree of what that is.
And I'm not talking about living near the fruit baskets of the United States, of America,
where they're spraying the fields and spraying the fields, and you're living near the farms,
the agricultural conventional farms.
I'm not even talking about that.
I'm just talking about anywhere.
Suburbs, in the cities, it's sprayed everywhere.
It's unbelievable.
So we'll talk about a little bit more of this.
None of this is our fault, though.
and industries keep us in the dark and even keep themselves in the dark.
Just so you know, if you're like, I don't have any pesticide exposure.
There's no way.
There's no way.
You know, AW is stretching it.
He's stretching this one.
And he's milking this one or something.
You know, there's no way.
Okay, well, mosquito spray.
Mosquito spray is literally being dumped everywhere right now.
If you're in the U.S., it's being dumped everywhere.
It is.
And they dump it without forewarning you.
They dump it without a dumping schedule.
They dump it out of planes, helicopters, actually without helicopters.
And it's everywhere in the U.S. right now.
This is the time a year where literally they're dumping mosquito spray everywhere.
And so that's something to know.
And so, and if you don't see the helicopter over your head, it's they dump it at night.
And it blows and it just, and it travels and it's, it's everywhere.
It's unbelievable how it works.
So that's one thing to consider right there.
So if you're somebody like, hey, I don't get any of that.
No way.
Then, you know, we do get the exposure.
That's the whole point.
You know, we have to learn what it takes to get this stuff out of us.
We have to get this stuff out of us.
So all this is important.
Yeah, it's our choice basically to do that.
I'm reading in Plans to Heal, you guys.
Yeah, it's so messed up, right?
Plants by Catherine.
Isn't it so messed up?
This is Cleanse the Heal.
Reading in it right now.
Some excerpts we're talking about.
Just now we're talking about pesticides, mosquito spray.
And mosquito spray is wicked.
I mean, the neurological symptoms alone that mosquito spray can cause.
Because it's just straight on.
It's so toxic to our nervous system.
So if you're somebody that's like, if you're somebody that's dealing with any kind of autoimmune,
if you're dealing with any kind of low-grade viral stuff
without knowing you're dealing with low-grade viral stuff.
And this isn't to be in fear.
This is about, hey, we can get this stuff out of our system
and be stronger and be better and be healthier
regardless if they're dumping mosquito spray on us,
regardless if they're dumping pesticides and parks and all that.
But the point is, if you're somebody with autoimmune,
like a diagnosis of autoimmune,
or you're somebody that's really sensitive,
these things really matter.
and it's about learning what to do.
So with Cleanse to Heal, it's about learning what to do.
So that's the whole point.
And so anyway, I think I just saw a question come up too.
It's like, well, then how do we kill mosquitoes?
I think I saw a question like that coming up.
And what's funny is they don't
because the mosquito spray is not killing them
because they're here all the time
and they never go away.
They never disappear unless it's winter somewhere.
So the mosquito sprays they keep on dumping to kill the mosquitoes, aren't killing them, never does.
Then if it killed them, then we wouldn't have any.
But we have them nonstop.
We have them nonstop when they're dumping it all summer long on top of us.
The mosquitoes are still there.
Everybody's still whacking their arms and their legs if they're in an area.
And mosquitoes are everywhere.
So how do we kill mosquitoes?
Well, we don't do it with mosquito spray because it hasn't done it yet.
anyway but what the mosquito spray does is it kills people so that's what it does you know
it slowly kills people that's what it does and that's what's really crazy about it all but we
protecting ourself is about getting it out of our system and building up our immune system by getting
these toxins out it's why i mean it's part of part of what's so so great about cleanse to heal
and um yeah oh that's a good question mosquito carries mosquitoes carry viruses well
So, well, that's what they try to tell us.
Really interesting.
Okay.
That's what they try to tell us that it carries, that the mosquitoes carry viruses.
Right.
That's the funny thing.
Okay.
I mean, I know I go controversial 24 seven and I know I go, I know I just tell you like
it is all the time, but for the record, um, people carry viruses.
That's what it is.
People carry viruses and it viruses are spread, you know, mosquitoes carrying viruses.
that's so they can commission and dump tremendous amounts of mosquito spray on us.
It's the chemical company campaign.
Well, a mosquito's got viruses in them.
You know, and really, though, mosquitoes don't have Epstein-Bars in there
causing fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
It doesn't have shingles viruses causing trigeminal neuralgia.
Mosquitoes don't carry those viruses, okay?
So people are suffering with chronic illness, having nothing to do with mosquitoes.
So really important.
So I'm in gasoline right now.
And gasoline is a good one.
I like talking about it.
And we're going to talk about plastics too.
And so gasoline, we act as if gasoline is safe, don't we?
Don't we act like gasoline is safe?
Gasoline's fine.
Gasoline's safe.
Nothing wrong with it at all.
And we act like that too.
I mean, you know, and chemtrails, good question right there.
Audra Green.
um yeah i mean chemtrails are a toxin like toxins yep dumping on us exactly what's in them huh
it's a mystery we act we act as if gasoline is safe as if we're breathing it in when in and
saying well it's completely harmless you could breathe it in you can be at the station somebody's
pumping their gas somebody's pumping their gas somebody's pumping their gas right if you're in
there at the busy moment you're not only breathing in your fumes if the wind i always say stay on the
opposite wind like see where the wind is blowing when you're pumping your gasoline so you go in
there boop you put the thing in you lock it right you lock it so you don't have to hold it and then
you can go and you can do your windshield or whatever when you're pumping your own gas and
but what you what you have to know though if you're standing and by you're you're holding if
you have to no choice because it doesn't have a lock on it and you're just holding it trying to
fill your tank then you just hold it while you're trying to fill it and you probably smell the fumes
But locking it is good so you can get away from it a little bit.
Or if you have to pump it, just pump it.
You know, you've got to kind of look at the wind, too.
The wind could be pushing it right at you.
A lot of people pumping around you.
You could be smelling their gasoline.
But, oh, what's the big deal?
Smelling gasoline.
That's not a problem.
You're just smelling it.
What's the big deal?
It's a solvent.
So that solvent, and it's got metals in it, that solvent drives right into us.
It goes into us instantly.
It's in our bloodstream, but it doesn't leave.
So it's not this thing where you're bringing in the gas fumes and it leaves.
It doesn't leave.
So it's important to know.
We act almost as cavalierly with it at the gas pump as if it was water.
Once in a while over the years, I've heard old stories of people siphoning gasoline.
Did you hear those old stories, you guys?
People siphoning gasoline.
They've got the hose.
They're siphoning it, whatever.
And they get it in their mouth and they spit it out.
I mean, you know, that whole thing.
And, you know, it's amazing.
how it works, but I'm not trying to make you afraid of pumping your own gas because that's
just the world we live in. You have to, what I'm doing is it's like, Hey, why don't we get the
stuff out sometimes? Let's get it out of our bodies. So it's not in there building and building
and building. And that's a big deal right there. Um, all on its own. So, uh, and this is, this is
for us. So this is so helpful for people who don't think we need to cleanse. There's all these people
out there that are like, you don't need a cleanse. Why do you need a cleanse? We don't need to do
anything for cleansing? Why do we need to do anything like that? Gasoline has been through a
lot of phases of toxicity. It used to have lead in it. Okay, sure. How dangerous was that? Having
lead in it? Well, it still got bad stuff in it. It didn't go away. Lead went away, but everything
else in it stayed. So gasoline is still really highly toxic. When the world realized the lead
levels were too toxic for human safety, unleaded gasoline was introduced. But the world doesn't
really kind of care about all the other dangerous chemicals in gasoline. You know, it's like,
you know, because then they're going to start taking all the chemicals out and then the chemical
companies aren't going to like that. So that's a whole nother thing. It's funny around the same
time of the switch from lead it to unleaded gasoline, many gas stations also start switching
over to from full service to self-service right and so it's not just one guy you know spending a
lifetime pumping gas or a kid pumping gas at a gas station with a job right and that's his job
every day or all day you know you know or whatever it's not that anymore we're pumping our gas so
it's not these it's not these other ones the other these other guys or or women too pumping gas
and that's their job and they're exposed 24 7 or whatever it is they're exposed five days a week
or seven days a week for years and years.
And that's horrible because then, yeah,
you need to cleanse if that's happening.
And you might be somebody who works at a full serve
and you're pumping gas for people
and you're watching this right now.
So I'm going to cleanse to heal.
That's what we're talking about.
It's all about getting these things out of us
and knowing what's in us
and how it sits in us and everything else.
So important to know all of this.
That means in the time of leaded gasoline,
the people exposed directly to the gas
were mostly limited to gas station attendance during the lead it. But still, farmers worked
with tractors, folks that worked with lawn mowing and landscaping over the years when it was lead it.
So you might know those days. I mean, a lot of young people on here. There's a lot of older
people on here. So you might know this whole thing. If you were the person sitting in your
car getting full service, you only really got exposed to the fumes when you opened your window
to speak to an attendant and pay. That's what it used to be. You open your window, you pay when
it's full service, that's when you get exposed and you smell the gasoline. Those days are over
in most places. The number of people directly exposed to gasoline has increased exponentially
due to pump your own station. So that's happening now. And you know, a friend of mine's son,
right, is into old cars. And so he's always looking for an old car to buy, like one that's
in the 60s or the 70s or so forth.
And so he got himself like a new old car
and he found it in somebody's old barn
and it still had a full tank of gas
sitting in there from like the late 60s.
And it was, of course, probably the worst gas.
It was probably everything.
But he was exposed to it.
He was playing with it.
He was trying to work on it
and got gasoline all over him.
and it was leaded gasoline. I mean, yeah, I know that's a rare occasion. That's not always
happening. So just because lead isn't being added to gas anymore doesn't mean gas doesn't have
other components that are just as dangerous. Some even more dangerous than lead, okay? So MTBE,
right, isn't the only additive of concern in gasoline. Its removal doesn't solve the problem.
As a solvent, gasoline has ghost-like qualities. So the thing about gas is it has this ghost-like quality when you breathe it in. It can literally move through your body like nothing else can. And it can go in any places. It can go in your bones. It can go in your bones.
and through a bone, that's what that solvent can do.
And there's nothing in your body that has that immunity
to stop it traveling to go anywhere it wants to go.
And so anyway, if you're worried about the gasoline,
you're like, well, how do I get this out of my system?
How do I do that?
And well, that's the whole point.
When you actually give your body a chance to cleanse,
you can get that out of your liver.
You can get it out of your organs.
And it's just a mono-eating cleanse alone
can work on getting the old gasoline out of your system.
That's what's amazing about that.
So it's really helpful.
And there's, yeah, so there's so many ways you can do that using this book.
And so as a solvent, gasoline has ghost-like qualities with a highly rapid rate of saturation to cell tissue.
So you breathe in the fumes, you're at the pump, you got your pump in and you're filling it up and you breathe in the fumes.
and as you're breathing them in,
there's a really quick, rapid saturation rate to cell tissue.
So like real fast.
It's like, boom, as if it doesn't even matter.
Like your cells don't stop it.
So that's what happens.
And when you inhale this in your lungs and into your lungs,
that's what I'm talking about.
Now you touch the gasoline.
That's another thing too.
When gasoline does land on your skin,
it travels through the skin tissue as if you have no skin on your body.
That's what's crazy about gasoline, okay?
And when gasoline touches your hand, it's as if you're skinless.
You're skinless.
Like, your skin doesn't stop it on any level right in immediately like that,
into your bloodstream in that moment.
You know, that's what's so rough about it.

I mean cleanse the heel
definitely and
I mean cleanse the heel is
I think is the best one right now
because I walk you through.
I mean, honestly, all the books are good, though.
I mean, they just are, and they've saved a lot of lives.
And Medical Medium Book One is just,
it's still out there going strong.
All the books are.
Liver Rescue's another one.
But, I mean, they're all that good.
But Cleanse to Heal is such a great book.
It's a medical textbook.
It's so packed.
And it's not just so packed.
I walk you through the healing process.
I hold your hand through it in here.
and so yeah um so these ghost-like qualities i'm talking about how it lands as if you're you didn't
even have skin on your hands your skin is meant to be your body's first line of defense you guys
it is having your largest organ covering you is meant to protect your blood immune system and the
rest of your organs solvents such as gasoline that are created to run industries bypass this
protection mechanism. So when you get a little drop of gasoline on your hands, it bypasses that
skin protection mechanism and goes right in to your bloodstream, right into organs and real fast.
It's not about being afraid of it. I've had gasoline all over my hands, like all over my
hands. I've had gasoline all over my hands. I mean, I've spilled it on my leg, okay? Filling
up a lawnmower. I mean, I've had gasoline in a five gallon jug, gasoline in a five gallon jug.
And I just walking it over, right? Right. The pop tops over, splashed a whole bunch on my leg.
I mean, I've had gasoline exposure my whole life, you know, from mowing lawns and stuff like that,
that I like to do or anything. So it's not like, it's not like, it's not about being afraid.
It's like, Oh, I got some cleansing to do. Oh, I got some protection methods to do. You know what
I mean? So one drop of gasoline on your skin will drive through layers instantly and enter the
bloodstream. Break that barrier. And that's the potency of solvents. You know, I know this isn't
the most exciting topic tonight. And it's like, okay, here we are in the middle of summer over
here. And it's like, you know, it's like, is that the best thing to talk about? Well, it's really
a great thing because if you don't know what's in you, then we just kind of walk around. We're
blind. And then when things happen to us later on, and we don't know about all the troublemakers,
we just don't want, we're sick. What, what? And so it's about getting this stuff cleaned up. It's
about cleaning things up. And I know a lot of people, they want, they want what shouldn't be
in their body out of their body. It's so, so important. So, um, someone asked about eye
floaters. I saw that pop up a little bit ago. Um, you can talk, you can actually learn about
eye floaters. There's over 200 symptoms, conditions and cleanse to heal in the back
You can learn about iFloaters, the cause and all of that, plus protocol, which is really important too.
So the gas may be stale.
So here's another thing too.
Yeah, you can do...
Yep, Chris, you can do 369 cleanse back-to-back, definitely.
You can totally do it back-to-back.
You can do 369 back-to-back, just 369 back-to-back totally, without a doubt.
you really can't.
Echoda, are you kidding?
This is brilliant.
Oh, thanks.
Spark, you said you like this topic?
Oh, cool, cool.
Somebody likes the topic.
Somebody said this is very good.
JSG, you said this is a very good live.
Thank you.
Oh, bless your heart.
Bless your heart.
Yeah, because you know,
some people are like,
I don't want to hear about gasoline in the bloodstream.
We breathe in gas fumes while filling our cars,
fumes from our own pumps,
fumes from people filling their tanks at neighboring pumps.
I said that.
And exhaust fumes from cars starting up all around us.
That's the whole thing.
We breathe in gasoline everywhere
because it's being burned, you know?
Jenny Mack says,
After 50 doctors, 30 years.
30 years found you 19 months ago.
Took book today to doctor and got tests back.
Brain chemicals and cortisol coming back after 15 years.
Nothing.
50 years of nothing.
Whoa.
I have all the books.
Incredible.
Jenny Mack, that's amazing.
Bless your heart.
Good thing you took the book to doctor.
Incredible.
Incredible.
And anyway, I want to talk about that a little bit too.
There's so much information in here as well.
And here's the sad thing about it, okay?
these are real exposures. Gasoline is a real exposure and people don't realize it. We breathe
it in. It's being burned out of cars. It's out of the exhaust. Engines are burning it everywhere.
When we're on the highway, when we're on the road, we're breathing it in. We're not breathing
in it in its unburned state, even though we're breathing a little bit of that, but we're breathing
in it in the burn state, which is really hard. Here's the tough part. Gasoline is like a life
shortener. It can be a life shortener unless you take it out, unless you're taking it out of your
body, unless you're taking it out of your organs. It can be a life shortener. And yet our teenagers
are at the gas station every week pumping their own gas into their first cars. That's amazing.
Now, okay, sure. What's really, okay, first of all, it's like when your teenager's pumping
their own gas. It's really a liberating thing. It's really a big deal. It's kind of like,
it's one of those things where, wow, I'm pumping my own gas. I'm being responsible. I'm filling
my car, my first car, and all that's amazing. But shouldn't there be like signs at gas pumps?
I mean, don't you guys think so? Like, you know, because there are no signs at the gas pump saying
Children and young adults should not pump gas, right?
You know, because they never say that.
Children and young adults should not pump gas, all right?
And because they shouldn't.
I understand they have to because it's about filling their car and everything.
What else can you do if you can't get full service anywhere?
There are no signs saying try not to breathe in gas fumes.
Maybe it could be just that one.
How about that one?
because it's not realistic in a way that it should say, you know, young adults, you know,
should not be pumping gas, you know, even though gasoline is a life shortener. Um, but shouldn't
it say, baby, try not to breathe in gas fumes, right? So that kids are like aware of it. I mean,
no, they don't, the chemical companies don't want to make 16 year olds and 17 year olds and 18
year olds and 19 year olds and young adults. And they don't want to make them aware to just try
not to be inhaling the fumes so much? Maybe there's a, you know, we're just having a wear,
or how about this one? Wear rubber gloves when operating gas pump. Like you don't think the
chemical companies have money to actually, you know, supply gas stations so that there's rubber
gloves at the gas pumps with a sign saying, please wear rubber gloves when operating gas
pumps so that 16 year olds aren't spilling droplets of gas on their hands. I mean, come on,
or stay, how about this one? Or stay away if you have lung problems, no signs saying stay. What
about kids who got asthma? There's a lot of 16, 17, 18 year olds with asthma breathing in gas
fumes at their pump and just no warnings, right? Or keep your distance if you have a chronic illness.
How about that? Like put your gas pump in, right? If you got chronic illness,
or any kind of chronic illness.
And maybe it should be signed saying,
put your gas pump in and then, you know,
keep your distance a little bit while your gas is pumping.
I mean, there's just no responsibilities.
There's no responsibility.
It's incredible.
And you got to read the rest of this.
So I'm going to go into plastics a little bit now.
So you got to read the rest of the gas part.
So I didn't even finish it, but it's really cool.
And right now there's the pesticides, herbicides,
chemical fertilizers, long treatment section
that you got to read in here, which is mind blowing.
I'm going to cleanse to heal.
I'm going to go into plastics
because that's a really good one.
Cleanse the Heal, it's 51% off.
It's on Amazon.com.
You know?
And
yeah, we should use
we should use gloves to pump gas.
Totally.
Kryptonite says
what helps with acid reflux.
I talk about it in the book
Cleanse the Heal.
got over 200 symptoms and conditions in the back.
MMRG said, Dr. Alejandra Younger,
and you saved me.
Thank you.
Oh, Dr. Younger's an amazing cardiologist.
Incredible doctor.
Incredible doctor.
I'm going to get him some time on here.
I got to.
So I'm in plastics right now.
Plastic is getting more and more attention
lately. So we know that, right? It's all about plastics being bad. You know, everybody's like
freaking out about plastic, all of that, right? You guys, I mean, you hear about that.
And when it comes down to the environment too, right? We're totally freaking out. The oceans,
I mean, the West Coast, that's just loaded with plastic out there. You got the garbage patch out
there with all that plastic dissolving. It's like a plastic, it's like a gigantic plastic
teabag sitting out there in the ocean, ruining the rest of the water on the planet. That's what
the garbage patch is doing out there on the West Coast, basically way out there. And so it's, you
know, and it's pretty, it's pretty funny. And, and, you know, I mean, look, I live on the West Coast.
So the whole thing is just, you know, I get it. And, but the bottom line is, is that we can't
be in fear of it. We have to just do things about it because plastic is something we're worried
about. As we become more and more aware of how much it is around us, the reality that plastic
exposure isn't good for us either is also starting to sink in. There are plastics in pharmaceuticals.
That's the thing, you guys, pharmaceuticals. All pharmaceuticals have plastic in it.
They have plastics in pharmaceuticals. I'm not talking about the wrapper. I'm not talking about,
well, let me get my pill out and pop the wrapper or whatever. I'm not talking about, or let me grab,
you know, the plastic container that they put all the pillows in, right? I'm talking about the actual
medications, have plastics in them. So that's something right there. I mean, I'm not saying
don't take your medications. No, I'm saying, well, hey, we could work on getting plastics out of your
body, even if you're stuck putting them in you, you know, there's that whole thing. So there's
plastic and PVC pipes, right? I mean, PVC pipes that we're drinking water out of, all that. So
many items such as meats are wrapped in plastic. You know, meats are wrapped in plastic, you know,
at the grocery store. Sure, all of that. The list goes on and maybe you don't have, maybe your meats
are wrapped in plastic now, but they were at one point or somewhere at a restaurant or a restaurant
that you're eating in because plastics are everywhere and because there's already a lot
of fear around and chaos around plastic bottles, bags, plastic bags, plastic packaging, and straws.
My goal is not to make you more afraid. Rather, it's to get you thinking about removing years,
years of cumulations of plastics inside, you know, inside everything. So this is 51% off,
amazon.com, $16. It's incredible. It's a medical textbook. It's really heavy when you get it. So
It's a big book.
It's loaded.
It's got 75 recipes in here too.
So if you guys want to know.
But yeah.
So good information in here for sure to move you forward.
Oh wait, it's 40% off.
They actually changed it.
They changed it.
It's actually 40% off.
So on Amazon.
So it's $20.99, but it's still 40% off, which is unbelievable.
So I told you that other sale would go quick.
It's amazing.
They're in control of the sales, so it's really hit and miss.
It's all about what they're going to put it at.
I have no control over that.
What does it mean that plastic isn't good for us?
What does it mean that plastic isn't good for us?
Well, plastic is a petroleum-based byproduct.
It's a concoction of various chemicals, toxic to the human body.
So plastic is petroleum byproducts and chemicals mixed, added together to create polymers, right?
formulations come in different ratios to create different degrees of hardening with some plastics
being strong for industrial use right you guys know that and others being flexible like a plastic bag
problematic as plastic is it's it's a useful resource that we can't like get rid of you know
so look i'm not telling you have to remove all the plastic out of your life that's not it it's
i'm just saying why don't we remove plastic out of our bodies and get it out of our bodies but
that's right. Nobody knows plastic is in their bodies because even though they say plastic's bad
and people are worried about plastic, nobody knows how it's inside their body. And I'm about to read
that. And that's, what's pretty mind blowing of like, how is plastic sitting inside our bodies?
Like what way? It's all great to just be talking about how plastic's bad. Look out. You don't want,
you know, plastic in you, or you don't want to be consuming it somehow with through some,
something like plastic bottle. But wait a minute, what about it? We can't run away and hide from it.
and we can't get rid of it in our lives entirely.
It's impossible.
Sometimes we rely on plastic in the kitchen
to make our healing recipes,
high-quality blenders, juicers, food processors
are worth using.
They're worth it.
And they don't pose a risk
as cheap disposable plastics do.
But they're worth it.
So worth it.
While we can limit plastic straws
and stop using plastic bags,
the next thing you know,
you'll be using water that was pumped through your house
through PVC pipes,
which is a safer route than metal pipes,
but we're still getting plastic. And what about the plastic hair clip you touch? Any of you guys
have plastic hair clips and you're touching it every day? It's like, okay, let me get my hair
going and put my plastic hair clips in. And it's like every single day you're grabbing, you're
wearing down that plastic on your plastic hair clips, but don't toss them away. Use them. It's
just about, you know, what we're going to do for ourselves to clean this out. The computer keyboard,
What about the computer keyboard?
You guys touching plastic there?
Or the shoe made of faux vegan leather, right?
So plastic shoes, that's plastic.
Plastic is everywhere, especially if you don't have socks on and you're wearing a sandal or something like that.
It's made out of plastic, of course.
Even if you think that you've made choices to keep plastic out of every area of your life,
be aware that in every state in this country, you're still breathing it in in the air.
what really is is a really annoying thing is and you and this isn't about being in fear about
plastic not at all this is the opposite i like knowing i like knowing what's happening so that's
my thing is like i want to know if i'm getting plastic in me i want to know if it's accumulated
all these years and you know and in the whole bit and and look i you guys i was asked to write these
books like I was asked by thousands of people throughout the years I was asked by leaders in
the health movements to write the book that out that write the books that I was giving information
to on and off over the years many that don't cite me and stuff that didn't cite me throughout the
years with all the information that I actually put out there that's mind-blowing and unique and
then but I've been I was asked to write these books by so many people leaders in the health
fields, leaders in medicine, just for years, always people, it's like, write a book, write
a book, write a book.
This is so people can get this, this information that you won't hear in other places.
So even if you think you've made choices to keep plastic out of your life, you could be
breathing it in.
So what happens is agriculture, it's not even agriculture, all over this country and around
the world, there's burning happening.
and that burning is in people's yards and just they burn garbage in their yards, agricultural
land. They burn piles of plastic, massive piles of plastic. So in agricultural country, okay,
here's how it works. They gather all the row covers, which are plastic. They gather them up
after each crop is done. They pile them up in a mountain size pile, mountain size piles,
all across this country.
Well, let's say you're like,
well, no, I'm in a state that doesn't have that.
Yes, you do.
In every state in the United States
and other countries,
they're burning this plastic all year long,
especially spring, summer, and fall.
So we're breathing in plastic.
It's always in our air.
It's just always there.
So we need a cleanse.
That's the whole point.
So I'm reading out of Cleanser Hill right here.
So it's look,
Hey, I just like knowing what's going on.
Certain times of year in hot weather are difficult for sensitive people due to accumulated toxins in the air.
Burning plastic is one of those.
You know why people suffer when air quality is bad?
A big part of that is plastic is in the air.
And no one's talking about it.
So that's a big part of it.
Not to mention gas fumes are in the air.
Of course, the smog.
You've got factories.
Factories burn plastic.
factories use plastic to burn other things.
So, you know, the smokestacks.
So there's just so much burning plastic.
And the reason why people suffer from,
hey, bad air quality day.
Look, you look at your phone and you see,
and you're saying, whoa, it says bad air quality,
you know, in the weather.
It says bad air quality.
That's because that's how much plastic
is burning in the air.
So it's not a good, you know.
So we inhale plastic.
We eat it.
We drink it.
We're all exposed to it.
We can't run.
we can't hide plastic items have a runoff we can't see when our saliva touches plastic and
water touches it or any kind of oil um or any kind of oil including the natural oil from your skin on
your hand touches plastic it takes a little bit of plastic along with this is all unique information
this is all advanced information that's in medical medium books in cleansing hills is advanced
information about it's advanced bio information i mean extremely advanced all around you don't find
misinformation other places. You hear somebody say, oh, he's just, he's just knows about a few
fruits and vegetables and no processed foods. I mean, read the medical medium books and you'll
learn that that is the opposite of all of that. And it's all original information, unique of what
plastics do inside the body and all this. So I'm going to talk about this too. So when your saliva
touches plastic or, or it touches, or water touches plastic, sure. Or any kind of oil,
especially any kind of oil. That's the tricky part. Nobody knows this with oil.
And if oil on your hand, that oil on your skin touches plastic, it takes a little bit of plastic
along with it on your hand and it starts to absorb. This is one of the minute levels on a
minute scale that's barely detectable. It's still enough that it adds up and it adds up.
When this plastic runoff enters the body, so it enters it in any way, whether it's through your
lungs, breathing it, whether it's through touching things, whether it's through water bottles,
whatever it is, when it gets into our system, it doesn't leave. So that's the funny thing.
You can exercise, doesn't leave. You can take a run, your five mile run in the morning,
and you can be drenched in sweat. The plastic doesn't leave. So it's not going anywhere.
So you can be a marathon runner.
Plastic has been building up in your system for years.
It's not going to leave.
You have to do more than that.
You have to do more to get it out.
See how it works?
And people talk about plastics,
but they don't really know what it does inside the body.
That's what makes it unique information.
It's like you can talk about plastic all day long,
but what does it do inside our body?
That's the whole point.
So when this plastic runoff enters our body, you guys,
it doesn't leave. I'm reading out of Cleanse to Heal right here if you just got on. It's on sale
right now, 40% off, amazon.com. So it doesn't leave. And here's the funny thing, okay? Because
our diets and lifestyles today don't allow it to leave. I'm not talking about the standard American
diet not allowing plastics to leave. I'm talking about any diet not allowing plastics to leave.
With the other poisons and contaminants we're exposed to daily that are also entering our body,
plus the way we eat, we're not able to detoxify properly.
It's not like plastic is the only thing we have to worry about.
As you can see from this chapter, so much is coming into our body all at once, right?
Because this whole chapter is about troublemakers, you guys.
This isn't a book about plastic if you just got on here
and you don't know medical media information.
It's way more than that.
It's a whole troublemaker section.
Plastic is one of them.
Plastic tends to stay active in the body.
Weird.
Whoa.
plastic tends to stay active in the body
reacting to other poisons and toxins
you know, basically the bottom line is
what nobody knows is plastics
stay alive and active inside our body
they are reacting to other poisons and toxins
and a chemical reaction occurs
so that's what's going on inside of us
I mean, really, you know?
If you, okay, so if you have troublemakers such as insecticides in your body, which everybody does,
other pesticides, which everybody does,
fungicides, which everybody does,
or solvent-based conventional cleaners,
yep, household cleaners inside your body,
they're interacting with the nano-sized plastic film that's coming off the plastic you're touching.
So you see how that works?
eating and drinking or touching, eating or drinking that's entering your body. When the
other chemicals in your body interact with that plastic petrochemical film, its composition
changes internally, internally. The plastic you once knew out of that plastic bottle from those
vegan shoes, plastic shoes, like fake leather shoes that are made out of plastic,
which are fine. There's nothing wrong with those. They're great. But the point is, is, you know,
the plastic cases on your phones, right? Plastic cases on your phones that you're touching all day
long, nonstop, right? Okay. So when that plastic enters the body, it's different than when it's in
the body now reacting to everything else that's in your body that's accumulated all these years too.
Now there's just like this mixing and matching going on in there. It's not really the way to
say it, but exactly. So that's the difference. So, um, that plastic film, when the other chemicals
in your body interact with the plastic petrochemical film, its composition changes,
making it even more toxic than it would be. Otherwise plastic ends up in organs all through
the body. I said that earlier, no organ is safe from it or devoid of plastic exposure.
Well, it only makes sense that plastic could enter the liver. Maybe the liver because the
Because Anthony Williams talked about the liver being like all the things.
Yeah, that's one place, but it can go anywhere.
In the summertime, we sit on plastic lawn furniture heated by the sun.
Have you guys ever sat on a piece of lawn furniture that had any plastic at all
and it was heating up from the sun?
We sit on plastic beach chairs while we put on suntan lotion.
Yeah.
And when that sunscreen on our arms or legs or back gets sandwiched between our skin and the plastic chair, a reaction occurs that makes the plastic leach more.
So what happens is that there's a reaction with suntan lotion and furniture.
That's plastic.
No one has this information.
It's all unique.
No one's aware of this.
No one knows that, that when they're suntanned.
So it's not like, okay, let's go here.
Maybe some vegan plant-based doctor, guy, author, he knows this stuff.
will go to his stuff.
No, there's nothing out there.
Like, this is all.
And if it is, it came from the books.
It came from the information.
So we sit on these plastic leach chairs
while we put on suntan lotion,
sunscreen on our arms and legs,
and we get sandwiched between the plastic chair.
A reaction occurs that makes the plastic leach.
It makes the combination of your own skin
and the oils from your skin
with the suntan lotion on,
touching the plastic that's warm.
There's a leaching that occurs.
That's only one prime example.
Suntan lotion on our skin against plastic pool toys has the same effect.
And do you ever go camping with a tent made from nylon, polyester, right?
Plastic.
That's plastic.
What about plastic clothing and plastic shoes, which are getting quite popular now?
Stand next to a home with vinyl siding and the wind blowing.
It's endless, okay?
Sure, it's not about being in fear.
No, no, no.
It's just about, look, you guys, we're a plastic society.
It gets in us.
And here's the part that's mind-blowing.
So, okay, what about your driver's license?
That's not the part, but check this out.
What about your driver's license, plastic?
How many times do you play with your driver's license?
And credit cards, without your credit cards, do you ever handle those?
That's why we can't run and hide.
We can't run and hide from plastic.
What are we going to do?
How are we going to run and hide from it?
Again, my goal is not to make you afraid.
I know plenty of you are aware of plastic as it is, not being good.
Others, though, they're skeptical probably, and they don't think it can affect them on any level.
And so I need to make it clear that we're all exposed from multiple angles.
You know, we need plastic for so many things.
We can't just get rid of it.
We need plastic.
That's the problem.
We need it.
So if we have to live with it, let's live without it inside our bodies.
If we have to live with it on the outside of our bodies, right, you guys, plastic?
Well, then let's live with it not inside our bodies or let's live without it inside our bodies.
Well, we have to live with it outside our bodies.
While any steps you take to be mindful about your plastic use certainly do help,
even if you use zero disposable plastic in a day, you're going to get exposure somewhere else.
There's no doubt you're going to get it somewhere else.
You're going to get exposure somewhere else, plenty of it.
We need to actively cleanse the plastics that have been in our body all these years before we're wise to them.
Otherwise, plastics become part of our organs, including our liver and even our skin.
They become part of us.
So let's go into that part because that's really intense.
Plastics don't just become part of our organs.
They infiltrate them and oversaturate them.
When the liver gets tired, stagnant, and sluggish from various factors in our lives,
including the high-fat diets everybody's on, including the healthy high-fat diets that
everybody's on. It just makes the liver more stagnant and sluggish, and it has trouble filtering
additional plastic. So when we're on the high-fat diets, we don't even have one opportunity of
getting plastic out. That's why the cleanses, there's no fats in the cleanses, because if you
have fats in there, there's no getting plastic out. If you're off the fats for a little while
and doing a little cleanse, you're getting plastics out.
And that's what's critical about cleanse and heal.
Nobody knew that information about how to get the plastics out that way.
As the main filter of our body, our liver can only hold on to so much.
And so when plastics slip out of our liver,
they end up getting to our cells and other parts of the body,
creating a film-like coating between cells and connective tissue.
So here's the thing.
Plastic creates a film-like coating on cells and cell tissue inside our bodies.
and nerve tissue.
The film can become like a barrier
that doesn't allow cells to breathe.
Doesn't allow cells to breathe.
Potentially starving cells of oxygen
and causing cell death to increase
in certain areas of the body.
That's not information you can get out there.
That's all unique and it's advanced information,
advanced medical information
about what plastic does inside our body.
So if you heard that,
you know, it's really intense.
the film can become like a barrier that doesn't allow cells to breathe. So cells lose their
ability to breathe. That's how it works. Cells are living. They're transferring biochemicals,
chemical compounds, enzymes, and all kinds of different things they're working with.
So the film can become like a barrier that doesn't allow cells to breathe, potentially
starving cells of oxygen and causing cell death to increase in certain areas of the body.
This is, you know, so basically when cells get suffocated by plastic film that's in our body over time, cells die.
By the way, PCOS, I cover that in the back, causes, dosages, supplements, over 200 symptoms conditions in the back.
This is on an individual cell level.
Like the concern we have about children in plastic bags and the reason they're printed with warnings about the dangers of suffocation, right?
It's always like, keep the plastic bags away from the children.
Keep the plastic bags away from the children.
Well, it's the same thing.
Not the same thing.
But when the plastic is inside our body, it can suffocate cells in a different way.
So that's something to know about.
As a result of plastic exposure, cells adapt and mutate, though.
and with new cells that are producing,
that are produced,
become infused with plastic residue.
So here's something to understand.
And I'm not trying to put you in fear about plastics.
Plastics are one of the easier things
to get out of the body.
That's the whole point.
Like plastics are one of the easier toxins
and troublemakers we can get out of the body.
Plastics.
So that's what's awesome about it.
I mean, that's what's incredible.
But check this out though too.
This is interesting here. As a result of plastic exposure, cells adapt to try to survive and not die.
So cells in our bodies don't want to die when getting suffocated by plastic film.
They don't. They want to adapt and mutate.
New cells that are produced become infused with plastic residue.
And that's the difference right there. Something really to know about.
So when we have new cells being created in our body every day, okay, but they're new cells that actually have plastic within them and they have to survive.
So then that plastic film is intermixed with new cells.
We want to be proactive about ridding plastics from our body.
When we're young, it's easy to feel indestructible and yet all of us are going to get older someday.
Yeah, I've heard that before.
When you're young, it's like, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, okay, old man, we're going to get older someday.
When we're young, it's easy to feel that way, right?
As plastic film and residue build up inside of us, we may not feel it in the present moment.
We may feel, we may not feel it coating the cells inside our lungs, for example.
That doesn't mean that down the road it won't affect us.
We need to be concerned now about what we're putting in.
You know, young people are concerned.
I know that.
You know, I say that, but really the irony is more young people now I think are concerned about plastics than obviously older people.
So that's what's really cool.
That's actually really awesome.
Cleansing is a critical way of ridding plastics from organs, such as the liver.
Getting plastics out is critical to self-survival.
Plastic is like an easier thing to get out, and that's what's really cool.
It's not one of the harder things to get out, and that's what's amazing.
I would start with the morning cleanse and cleanse to heal for plastics.
And you get a chance of getting out.
So the morning cleanse is something I would start with.
I mean, you can do so much in this book in getting these things out.
And, yeah, I mean, it's really important.
So the morning cleanse is great.
You've got the celery juice.
You've got the lemon water.
I talk all about it.
And, you know, and you can just learn.
I mean, you can learn so much in here of what to do.
Greengate said this info is blowing my mind.
I can't believe it.
That's amazing.
That's so cool.
It's cool.
Glass bottles, number one.
Yeah, it's Cleanse the Heal Butterfly.
The book is Cleanse the Heal right here.
Definitely.
Anyway, you guys, I'm going to...
Oh, you're welcome.
As Andrew said, thank you, Anthony and Spirit,
for all the time you spend doing these live videos.
Yeah, it's a lot.
Lately, it's been, what, three days a week,
one hour here, one hour on Facebook.
Facebook, and you know it's a lot of time, but it's like, look, I just want to make sure
you guys are learning and getting information, and I want to give out like tons of free information,
and that's what I want to do. That's why I do it. I want lots of free information coming out there.
I want you guys having the things you need. I mean, it could get, you might be like, oh,
I've seen them in a bunch of them. I don't need to see them tonight, but you know what? The
Information is powerful and it's to help people heal.
It's free information.
And you can't, listen, you can't avoid plastic.
We can't avoid plastic.
We can't avoid gasoline fumes.
We can't avoid these things I was talking about.
Pesticides, herbicides, we can't avoid them.
I mean, we get exposure.
There's no way, but there's no way to avoid them all.
But it's important to, it's important to actually, you know, get them out of a system.
I'm going to Facebook now.
I love you guys.
And may the angels be with you and God bless you.
and I'm going over to Facebook now.
